What would solar take off your bill?

Put in last month's BILECO bill. You get an estimated monthly saving, a payback range, and which package fits — before you talk to anyone.

Estimates use conservative assumptions for Biliran sun hours and a standard residential system. Your real numbers come from the free site survey — roof pitch, shading and your actual usage all move them.

What matters most?
Three packages, one fixed price

Pick the package that matches your problem

One fixed package price, quoted to your roof and your bill — panels, inverter, mounting, wiring, permits and net-metering paperwork included. What changes between packages is what it does for you.

LIWANAG
On-grid

Cut your monthly bill

₱2,500a month off your bill*
In a brownout: shuts off with the grid. Anti-islanding is a safety requirement — on-grid solar cannot back up your house.

About us

Who we are: Biliran-based engineers doing fixed-price residential installs — no showroom, no commissioned salesmen, no surprise add-ons on the final invoice.

Why now: BILECO rates keep climbing, brownouts keep coming, and the nearest full-service installer is a ferry ride away. We live here — warranty calls are a drive, not a shipment.

The survey and the written quote are free. Nothing is due until you approve the design — and the number on that quote is the number you pay.

Why we started

Power here costs too much and arrives too rarely

Every household on this island has quietly built its life around two facts: the electric bill takes a bigger bite than it should, and the power goes out when you least want it to. Dinner gets replanned. The kids study by phone light. The bill arrives anyway.

We are four engineers who think that is a solvable problem rather than a permanent condition. Not with a cheaper bill you have to argue for — with a roof that generates its own power, quoted as one fixed all-in number with nothing added later.

The founders

Who you are actually hiring

A decision this size deserves to come with names attached. Every job has one founder accountable for it, and that is the person who picks up when something needs fixing.

Draft — needs your words

Two or three sentences on their electrical or construction background, the licence or certification they hold, and roughly how many roofs they have worked on. This is the card that answers “do these people know what they are doing on my roof?”

Draft — needs your words

Their tie to Biliran in plain words — where they grew up, what they did before this, why neighbours already know the name. This is the trust card in a market where the first question about any new company is whether it is a scam.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks first

Will solar keep my lights on during a brownout?
Only if it has a battery. ILAW and SANDIGAN do. LIWANAG is on-grid and will not — when BILECO goes down it shuts off too. That is not a limitation we chose; anti-islanding is a safety rule that stops your system electrocuting a lineman working on the pole. Anyone who tells you an on-grid system backs up your house is selling you something.
How much does it cost?
One fixed all-in number, quoted to your roof and your bill, covering equipment, install, permits and the net-metering filing. Nothing gets added afterwards. Use the calculator for a savings estimate, then request the free written estimate for your exact price.
How do I know you're not a scam?
Fair question, and the right one to ask. We are a registered Philippine corporation, the founders are named on this page, every job gets licensed electrician sign-off, and nothing is due until you approve the design. We are early — we would rather you check us out slowly than take our word for it.
What happens in a typhoon?
Mounting is the part that matters. Rails land on rafters rather than sheet metal, clamps are torqued to spec, and every roof penetration is flashed and sealed. We would rather quote a smaller array anchored properly than a bigger one that becomes a sail.
Do you handle the BILECO paperwork?
Yes — the net-metering application and permits are part of the package, not an extra. You should not have to project-manage your own utility filing.
Can I pay monthly?
Tick the installment box on the form and we will lay out what is realistically available to you. We would rather tell you honestly what the options cost than pretend financing is free.
